What is the difference between a Setup Build and a Care Plan?
A Setup Build is a one-time project. We build your systems, your tech, your marketing, or both. A Care Plan is ongoing monthly support. Your dedicated VA takes care of the day-to-day, so everything keeps moving. Most people start with a build and add a plan when it feels right, but you are welcome to choose either on its own.
Will I be locked in or dependent on you?
You are never locked in or dependent on us. Everything we build is yours, with full training and clear documentation. You can run it yourself with confidence. Care Plans are month to month. You can cancel any time with 7 days notice. We want you to stay because it works for you, not because you have to.
Will I get the same VA each month?
You will always have the same dedicated person. They learn your business, your voice, and your clients. Consistency is at the heart of what we do.
What if I am not very technical?
That is completely fine, and it is exactly why many people come to us. You do not need to understand the tech. We handle all of it, then hand it over in plain language with training, so it feels simple to use.
Why are you priced higher than a freelance VA?
We are a boutique agency, not a marketplace. We work with fewer clients so we can give each one our best. You have proper systems, real care, and a team behind you. Our prices are fixed and clear, so there are never any surprises.
Is my data safe with you?

How do you match me with the right assistant?
We take time to learn your business first. Then we pair you with someone whose skills and experience fit what you need. You are never handed a random name. If the match does not feel right, we will make it right.
How do I know what my assistant has been working on?
You receive regular progress reports, monthly or weekly depending on your plan. You can always see what has been done. Everything is tracked and visible, and your assistant stays in close contact throughout.
What happens if my assistant is away or unwell?
You always have support. With a team behind you, we arrange trained backup cover so your work keeps moving, whether your assistant is on holiday or off sick.
What experience do your assistants have?
We vet and test every assistant before working with a client. We match you with someone whose background suits your business, so you receive quality work from the start.
