As the founder and CEO of InTempo, I've poured my heart and soul into solving the efficiency challenges that keep entrepreneurs up at night. I built our premium virtual assistant agency because I saw too many brilliant business owners drowning in tasks instead of leading with vision.

How do I know if InTempo is right for me?
We work with wellness practitioners and conscious entrepreneurs who care about their craft and want systems that reflect that care. If you want more time for what matters, we are here to help. What is the difference between a Setup Build and a Care Plan?
A Setup Build is a one-time project. We set up your systems, your tech, your marketing, or both. A Care Plan is ongoing monthly support. Your dedicated assistant takes care of the day-to-day, so everything keeps moving. Many people start with a build and add a plan when it feels right, but you are welcome to choose either on its own.
Will I be locked in or dependent on you?
No. Everything we build is yours, with full training and clear documentation. You can run it yourself with confidence. Care Plans are month-to-month, with no contracts. You can cancel anytime with 7 days' notice. We want you to stay because it works for you, not because you have to.
Will I get the same assistant each month?
Yes. You work with one dedicated person who learns your business, your voice, and your clients. Consistency matters to us.
What if I am not very technical?
That is completely fine. Many people come to us for that reason. You do not need to understand the tech. We handle it, then hand it over in plain language with training, so it feels simple to use.
Why do your prices differ from a freelance VA?
We are a boutique agency, not a marketplace. We work with fewer clients so we can give each one more care and attention. You have a team behind you, not just one person. Our prices are fixed, and every deliverable is listed, so there are no surprises.
Is my data safe with you?
Yes. We take your privacy and your clients' privacy seriously and handle all data in line with GDPR. We will never share your details or pass your information on.
How do you match me with the right assistant?
We take time to learn your business first. Then we pair you with someone whose skills and experience fit what you need. You are never handed a random name. If the match does not feel right, we will make it right.
How do I know what my assistant has been working on?
You receive regular progress reports, monthly or weekly depending on your plan. You can always see what has been done. Everything is tracked and visible, and your assistant stays in close contact throughout.
What happens if my assistant is away or unwell?
You always have support. With a team behind you, we arrange trained backup cover so your work keeps moving, whether your assistant is on holiday or off sick.
What experience do your assistants have?
We vet and test every assistant before working with a client. We match you with someone whose background suits your business, so you receive quality work from the start.
Can I use InTempo for a one-off task or project, rather than ongoing support?
